Skiing lessons and coaching:
You will definitely improve in our training! We tailor a personal training program to everyone's needs, which takes into account everyday life and wishes for time management. Skiing technique lessons start with skill mapping. In the lessons, you will learn with exercises suitable for your skills.
Individual coaching is the right choice if your goal is a sporting event, to get a rhythm or motivation for training, you are a competitive athlete or you want to train goal-oriented to improve your own fitness and well-being. A skiing technique lesson is the right choice when you want to improve your technique, whether you are a beginner or an experienced skier.

Individual coaching in addition, we also hold skiing technique lessons and personal/small group instruction in the Lahti region.
The instructions can include, for example, skiing or roller skiing lessons, a running technique school or a single training session.
Prices for skiing lessons and coaching:

Duration 1h:

Duration 1.5h:
