The aim of the training ring is to offer versatile exercises with a good group without the obligation to commit. You can choose from the training program when there is a workout in the program that suits you.
We mainly train outdoors and the training is designed so that everyone can challenge themselves according to their own level. The program includes e.g. running, stairs, pole slope, strength training, cycling and rowing.
