CustomSports organizes a roller skiing course on June 3, 2022. Heinsuo Sports Center. The course has two different groups. One group is for beginners and the other for those with previous experience. If you don't own roller skis, we offer the possibility to borrow roller skis (only suitable binding), in which case you need poles, skis, a helmet and any other protective equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone participates in the course at their own risk and takes care of their own insurance coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of the course is \u20ac29\/person. You can pay for the course, either with the exercise benefit electronically on the spot or later with an e-mail invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose which skiing technique you want to participate in the course with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beginners' group at 17:30-18:45
In this course, we get to know the equipment, practice the basics of braking, anticipation, basic ski handling and basic techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The more experienced group at 19:00-20:15
In this course, we practice braking with different techniques, anticipation, ski handling, and we focus on techniques through various exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
